Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the arrangement back into its original protective gift box and outer shipping carton to ensure the delicate petals are shielded during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our floral experts verify the condition of the return, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
